10 top tools for Business Collaboration
Posted by Chris Noden at July 16th, 2012
Found an interesting article by Scott Gerber at thenextweb.com putting forward 10 “great” brainstorming and collaboration services.
I’m intrigued by some of the suggestions and will certainly take a closer look. Personally I’ve never found one great service or piece of software that achieves what I hoped it would when I first signed up. Skype continually disappoints (seriously, who is guiding that UI design?) and Basecamp was something that none of the rest of the team (a combination of client, supplier and contractors) engaged with properly to really be of value.
In the last few weeks I’ve heard a lot of people talking about Jive – an amazing business collaboration and innovation platform. That deserves investigation…. is it really amazing or just innovative (there’s a pun there somewhere).
I think we’re still finding out what really works in the new connected, global, micro-engagement business world. By the end of the year (2012) I’m sure we’ll be closer to knowing what we want
